Epicentre Environmental is committed to ecological research projects working with governments, universities and community groups to advance understanding and management of threatened species. Our research team have developed and managed global research projects including the Burmese Python and Elongated Tortoise Project in Bangladesh, EVNT species management plans in the Surat Basin, and conducted monitoring & research projects and sustainability programs for local government departments.

THREATENED SPECIES SURVEYS

Epicentre Environmental specialise in surveys, identification and research on threatened species, associated risk assessments and mitigation plans, as well as implementation programs to best manage the species identified.

MANAGEMENT PLANS

Developing specific management plans for threatened and other protected species, advising best practice management and requirements to meet legislative guidelines.

CONSERVATION & MONITORING

Our team of environmental professionals are always working towards conservation efforts including monitoring and research on selected species aiming to advance knowledge on threatened flora and fauna, assisting in sustaining the environment for future years.

RESEARCH PROJECTS

Our research team work with local governments, universities, community groups and businesses on research projects for specific species including consultation, management plans, field research and monitoring.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Our ecologists and specialised researchers provide education and training regarding site specific fauna and flora project requirements to project field staff along with assisting with information days, workshops & fauna related inductions.

FIELD ASSESSMENTS/SURVEYS

Epicentre Environmental have an extensive team of field ecologists and fauna spotter/catchers whom provide field assessments on resident flora and fauna species, as well as daily data reports, photographic records and necessary research reporting, maintained over specific research periods.
